JOB DESCRIPTION
Based in Menlo Park, California, the Senior Marketing Manager will be joining an internal start-up environment that is smart, fast-paced, analytical, values-driven, cooperative, and fun. With the help of a growing number of leading healthcare companies from across the industry, Quicken Health Division embarked on an initiative to simplify the way millions of Americans manage their healthcare. Our vision is to improve the US healthcare system through products that engage consumers to make better choices regarding their health & wealth and by helping medical practices interact more effectively with their patients. This is a senior level position driving the marketing plan and strategy to drive optimal business results for the Quicken Health Group.

-Define and manage overall go-to-market, new customer acquisition strategy in order to drive revenue growth.
-Develop actionable and measurable commercialization/marketing plans that meet objectives and accelerate our success.
-Drive marketing commitments and programs through key strategic partners.
-Build materials to support sales efforts.
-Lead an analytical approach to assessing all programs and making data-based decisions. Qualifications: • Marketing professional with 4-6 years of progressive experience.
• Experience marketing IT healthcare offerings is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with solution sales to health care providers, and the experience & influencing skills to sell marketing programs through key partners preferred.
• Extensive experience with data driven market tests that lead to significant and measureable business outcomes
• Track record of success working and influencing a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-unit organization at all levels, being persuasive and effective even where no direct reporting relationship exists.
• Ability to develop a go-to-market strategy and frame the commercialization requirements to drive cross-functional support, especially with key strategic partners.
• Strong prioritization skills enabling the team to do a great job on the right things and empowering them to choose what not to do.
• B.S./B.A. degree in an appropriate field. MBA preferred.
