My client is a leader in solutions for the insurance industry for the critical area of document control - a major industry need. They have a strong track record of success and a great reputation in the space. They’ve been around for 20+ years and I’ve been recruiting for them for about 15 years as well.
We have been asked to find an Insurance Solutions Sales Executive. Industry/Domain expertise as well as a solid track record of sales success selling TO (NOT for) the Insurance industry is absolutely critical They will certainly consider candidates who come from Big4 or other major tier one consulting and/or solution companies focused on the insurance space. We are looking for people who possess extraordinary executive presence and come off as a true C-Level type - Impressive is the key.
Someone without the requisite experience selling to insurance companies and NOT from the consulting industry will not be a fit for this client.
BS is a MUST and advanced degrees are so desirable that it may as well be considered to be a must as well.
Compensation will be driven by experience and credentials. Base range is likely to be in the $120K to $145K+ range with upside to $250K++.
