We are currently looking for a talented individual to be our next Manager, Community Platforms. Reporting to the VP, Strategic & Multimedia Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational strategy and support business strategy where implementation of community platform, functionalities, and activities are required, across all platforms within and outside of QVC. This position will be located at Studio Park in West Chester, PA.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3 years online experience in social community environment required. Minimum of 2 years in project management.  
• Must be able to sit for extended period of time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.
• Ability to quickly analyze data/ situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business in a complex environment.
• Excellent PC skills required including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Access a plus.
• Team player who has proven track record and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in order to achieve overall web site and company sales objectives.
