Campaign Leader for new business capture, protecting and growing existing core programs for Aviation Products (AP) Programs. Develop campaigns to grow the Irregular Warfare, and Special Projects lines of business. Total potential market value of these programs is fifteen billion dollars over the next ten years. Formulates and implements strategies to position and grow IPT market penetration domestically and internationally, and assists the IPT in the development and coordination of the Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and NCTA plan to support positioning and growth strategies. Guides the development and execution of campaign plans, including the formulation of campaign objectives, win strategies, demonstration and experimentation goals, operations analysis, advertising and trade show requirements, and legislative strategy where appropriate; and, ensures appropriate coordination with Sector and Corporate staff to achieve campaign objectives. Maintain awareness of all customer plans and acquisition policies that affect requirements; determine and analyze the market demands; and perform competitive assessments. Should be familiar with the DoD programming and budgeting process, customer requirements development and acquisition processes. The position requires domestic experience with Congress, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Services and other Federal Agencies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of and experience with programs, DoD resources, requirements and program acquisition required. BA/BS degree or equivalent and a minimum of 15 years related experience with 3 as a Supervisor. Prefer 10 or more years of military Service or Business Development experience Security Clearance Required.
