JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide the strategy and project management to develop and execute a comprehensive technology-enabled (e-business) alternative sales and communications channels to support HCP’s in delivering better patient care. And to support BIPI Medical, Marketing and Sales needs. Consult with the in-line; pipeline Brand teams, Sales and Medical on the development and execution of customer e-business initiatives. To work closely with Sales in providing digital communications assets and communication tracking. IT, Commercial Operations, for performance excellence. To outline and document the necessary infrastructure, financial oversight, processes, and expertise/support for these initiatives.
Principal Duties:
- Guide creation of an HCP Customer e-business channel communications focused on sales support with a focus on Field integration, communication assets and tracking
- Guide creating of an e-based HCP call center working closely with commercial Operations, Product Management, Sales, and IT and compliance to manage and deploy appropriate resources.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to support Marketing and Sales needs to conduct e-business with our HCP and managed markets customers using technology and e-business.
- Develop and document appropriate processes needed to execute integrated tracking systems
- Determine and track appropriate spend and perform appropriate ROI analysis working closely with market research and analytics.
- Coordinate all teams involved in program execution
- Set direction and collaborate with all internal stakeholders in managing business
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies and PhRMA guidelines
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience
- Thorough knowledge company portfolio and sales processes
- Proven track record of success in Pharmaceutical marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead/work in cross functional teams
- Expert project management skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- MBA preferred
- Coordination with internal and external vendors
