VP, Retail Marketing & Business Development

Major Retail corporation located in Nassau County Long Island has the following immediate needs:

VP, Retail Marketing Director

Part of this role is to develop campaigns to the company B2B customers

Multi- channel Retail experience is highly preferred!

Business side experience is highly preferred!

All Marketing functions, Traditional marketing experience, marketing programs, trade shows, collateral, retail experience is required

Requirements:

• A background political campaign management is highly preferred but not required!


• Part of this role is to develop campaigns to the company B2B customers


• Multi- channel Retail experience is highly preferred!


• Business side experience is highly preferred!

• Must have at least 10-12+ years in a highly competitive, fast-paced, ever-changing multi-channel retail business


• Retail experience is required


• Must have trade show, marketing programs and collateral experience


• Must have Managerial experience


• Must have demonstrated ability to lead outsourcing process


• Possess strong visual design background with key experience optimizing visual ‘look and feel” across multiple channels

• Strong track record in building brands globally


• Online marketing experience is A+


• Demonstration of strong leadership abilities to serve as role model


• Must enjoy coaching/mentoring and have past success doing so


• Thrive in very demanding, highly seasonal environment


• Clear demonstration of innovative approaches using modest budgets – creating “more with less”


• Must be effective communicator – written and oral, detail oriented, positive disposition

SALARY to 150K+ 20% BONUS!
