Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead the effort in the development, implementation and reporting of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to the lead generation efforts. Responsible for the delivery of hot leads to the sales personnel and the penetration of those leads to closed rent.
Supervise the data mining efforts in the office and in the field. Work with the data manager and the sales personnel to increase the quantity and quality of the new and improved sales leads coming into the company. Develop innovative ways to find new sources of data.
Develop relationships with wireless carriers, tower companies and site acquisition companies to find new sources of cell site locations for our internal database.
Assist in the development of the company’s GIS (geographical Information Systems) application. This position will assist IT in finding new solutions to map sites in order to locate leads.
Supervise and assist the mail manager to development and add creative insight into our direct mail marketing efforts. The goal is to increase the percentage of inbound calls and the penetration of the inbound calls to closed rent.
Supervise and assist the call center manager to management the performance of the outbound and inbound call efforts of the call center. Identify opportunities for increased performance and quality. Work on solutions for training and systems.
Assist in the delivery of information to the field sales personnel. This position will assist IT in finding mobile options to deliver Site Owner and Site information to the field.
Create ad hoc reports to track performance and projections of the company.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of reporting databases, Word, Excel and CRM packages
