Description:

Defines product strategies and roadmaps for the Systems Division.

Duties:

Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Creates product introductions and withdrawals (launch plans).

Delivers market requirement documents and product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

Conducts requirements analysis and specification.

Serves as the product expert by analyzing customer requirements and performing technical analysis, competitive and ROI analysis.

Manages products through lifecycle (release planning, set product priorities, validate enhancements, and bug fixes).

Works productively with and supports key stakeholders to ensure product objectives are achieved and customer expectations are met ¡X this includes coordination with R&D, Customer Service, and Compliance.

Works with Marking to produces press announcements pertaining to new product launches and product sales.

Oversees marketing functions including product branding, positioning, and pricing implementation.
Assists in setting product pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.

Creates and manages relationships with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Provides trade show sales support, including in depth demonstrations and communicating detailed product knowledge.

Provides new business development support by completing RFP’s against detailed product capabilities and future enhancements.

Performs product demonstrations to large prospective customers or gaming enterprise organizations.

Work with the sales team to deliver a monthly revenue forecast.

Develop sales tools and collaterals.

Conducts training of newly released products at quarterly sales meetings.

Qualifications:

Relative Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), certification from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of five years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.

Demonstrated success defining and launching gaming products in a job working with a Casino Management System for a minimum of five years.
