Join the Small Business Division Sales Strategy Team chartered with identifying and building initiatives to drive significant revenue and earnings growth. This small strategy team is focused on delivering a cross-sell solution for Intuits 4 million small business customers - the result will be higher customer value and revenue across the SBG product portfolio (QuickBooks + Payroll + Payments + Websites, etc). We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. The job offers significant exposure to senior leaders across Intuits Small Business Division.

Core Responsibilities:
* Identifying and building out internal business cases to deliver 1-3 year business growth including:
* Facilitating concept development within cross-functional teams
* Leading and collaborating on financial model development
* Creating implementation plans and identifying cross-functional requirements for rollout
* Owns end-to-end responsibility for a significant component of one or more strategy projects and initiatives
* Performing business case risk analysis
* Building cross-organization consensus and momentum through collaboration across all organizational levels

* Acts independently to determine their approach and process for new assignments
* Develops professional expertise while learning the key aspects of the job
* Project manage ad hoc corporate initiatives by establishing project charters, mobilizing teams, supporting/leading cross-functional teams, and tracking/reporting on progress to plan
* Development and execution of new concepts and their testing plans
* Clearly defining tests and their specific measurable goals
* Understand and leverage the strengths of different sales channels (web, telesales, retail, VAR)
* Develop executive level presentations reporting out and influencing decisions related to business concepts, testing results, & initiative progress
* Ability to influence across all levels of the organizational

* Facilitates deeper understanding of customer contacts across channels & divisions and turns understanding into customer focused initiatives
* Lead modeling and re-engineering of existing process

Qualifications: * Proven experience in managing medium to large projects of a complex nature in a matrix organization structure
* Sales organization experience (performing directly or from managerial perspective)
* Understanding of sales organization structures and key operating drivers
* Analytical expertise - both quantitative and qualitative

* Expertise in strategy development including hypotheses development, option identification, data-driven business and market analysis
* Experience in technology or consulting firm preferred (Internet, software, or e-commerce)
* Able to conduct structured strategic analysis (structuring issues and analyzing alternative solutions)
* Be able to quickly establish credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization

* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid team player
* High-energy and self-starter *
* Demonstrated ability to lead & drive initiatives from concept to implementation

* BA/BS degree in a business, computer science, MIS, or related area (MBA preferred)
* Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other work tools
* Able to communicate effectively across multiple organization levels, and design appropriate communication
