Overview of Responsibilities:
Intuit seeks a Finance Leader to support the Small Business Group Central Marketing team. The Small Business Group is comprised of divisions selling a variety of products and services such as, desktop and online accounting solutions, payroll and payments services, and website design and hosting.
This person will play a key role in influencing the marketing team make strategic choices and program funding decisions through rigorous program performance reporting and analysis.
Representative Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new sustainable processes to track marketing program results. Responsibilities include effective facilitation to achieve alignment with multiple parties on roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain financial models with consistent methodologies to measure program results, including measurement of test charters.
• Ensure timely and accurate comprehensive reporting of marketing program results.
• Influence investment decisions to optimize revenue growth by providing recommendations on program funding decisions and through effective presentation of information.
• Drive the organizations annual planning, forecasting, and month end close processes. Responsibilities include advising and aligning with Central Marketing and the divisions on revenue and expense commitments and to provide adequate transparency on assumptions and risks and opportunities.
• Perform complex ad-hoc analyses as needed such as, customer lifetime value and cross- sell analyses.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• 7+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and accounting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influential skills; must be able to partner effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to assimilate and translate operational activities into financial information and use the information to drive decisions
• Solid systems/process orientation with demonstrated organization and problem-solving skills
• Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High energy level
• Detail oriented
• Strong personal responsibility, initiative and integrity
• Experience with Oracle 11i and Hyperion/Essbase preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
