JOB DESCRIPTION

HRM is a marketing services firm that provides in depth regional market analysis as well as a wide spectrum of unique promotional program services.  Specifically HRM helps pharmaceutical brands understand regional variability and how it affects their products performance and then through marketing programs helps improve the products performance.  HRM is currently looking for a leader to manage its Southern region business for one of the worlds’ largest Pharmaceutical manufacturers.


 


HRM is a young growth company having been founded in March of 2007.  HRM has experienced impressive revenue and profit growth in its short tenure.  Offices are located in Cincinnati, Dallas, Washington, and New Jersey.


 


 


Strategic Account Director - New Jersey / New York


 


This position will be responsible for the development of incremental marketing opportunities within a defined client region.  This position will collaborate directly with our Pharmaceutical Client’s regional marketing executives, State Directors, and other local client marketing and sales personnel to identify the most effective methods for driving business performance in their markets.  This position will also collaborate with national brand and customer marketing teams based at the client’s headquarters. 


 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Develops a strong level of insight into our regional customers needs and business drivers



  • Ensures account revenue goals are met through year over year growth of existing regional clients.




  • Sell and up sell services




  • Participate in new business pitches as requested




  • Develop and maintain account plans, acts as internal project lead




  • Ensure client approvals and sign offs on all major deliverables




  • Present insights and trends impacting business performance to both regional and state customer contacts




  • Assist in the development/execution of business related processes to support and drive business




  • Collaborate effectively with team members and customer colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Review Committees, Doctor’s, etc.




 


Qualifications:


 





  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.




  • 5-7 years of demonstrated track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred; Regional Marketing experience a plus.




  • Pharmaceutical sales a plus




  • Agency experience a must




  • Demonstrated success in relationship and account management
