Marketing Director

Our client is a worldwide leader in contamination control supplies and critical cleaning products for the biotechnology; data storage; medical device; pharmaceutical; semiconductor and other industries requiring critical manufacturing environments.

Maintain and grow the existing business.
Create and maintain growth partnerships with key distributors.
Develop new products for existing customers/markets; find new markets for existing products and services; and create new products for new industries.
Create global market strategies.
Manage marketing tactics; advertising; promotion and sales tools.
Lead the product management team in new product development and marketing programs.
Set marketing strategies that will include advertising; promotion and sales tools.
Oversee the development of company literature; packaging artwork; written and graphic presentations; tradeshow profiles and all other means of projecting the company image to corporate expectations.
Identify and evaluate acquisition targets.

Excellent benefits and relocation package. Must have BS degree in Chemistry or related technical discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus) with a minimum of five years experience in industrial marketing and product development. Experience with such Life Sciences businesses as pharmaceuticals; biotech; or medical devices preferred. Experience in negotiating and following contracts. Experience in managing national and global customers and distributors. Ability to write and present technical information at industry seminars. Strong communication skills in both oral and written form. Strong interpersonal skills required. Domestic and international travel required. Salary plus bonus.
