Combining web-based technology and best practice support and services, Compass BI enables clients to achieve significant improvements in mission critical areas of hospital management such as revenue cycle management, nursing productivity and labor costs and surgery margins and growth.
Role:
The Associate Director (AD) of Compass BI marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting the division’s continued growth. In this role, AD’s develop and execute strategic plans to sell new programs and existing Compass BI services, meet regularly with executive-level teams, and manage the sales process through the attainment of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
