Senior Marketing Sales Manager

A rapidly growing national leader in the hospital pharmacy service business with locations around the US is seeking a Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager for its location in the north suburbs of Chicago.

The Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager will lead the implementation of growth strategies, develop key alliances with manufacturer’s who produce drug delivery devices as well as create and execute growth strategies for services in all segments and channels. This role will also establish metrics to support/create a business case for existing and newly introduced programs and must have the ability to drive the product development process for lifecycle planning for the brand by obtaining a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.  Requires cross-functional team work with clinical, regulatory, quality and sales.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7+ years experience in marketing and sales with a fundamental understanding of business development and marketing strategy.  A track record of achievement and influencing business outcomes is essential.  The ability to lead, analyze and problem solve will be critical to the success of the candidate.  Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
