Overview
The Manager, Marketing Communications will manage some of the firm’s North American marketing communications activities, primarily writing and editing the firm’s thought leadership pieces, particularly for the firm’s industry sector practices. The role will also help define and develop multiple distribution channels for thought leadership, including the firm’s publications, website, email campaigns, sales support campaigns, by-lined article placements, media relations, etc. This position reports to the firm’s North American Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Marketing Communications is responsible for managing the firm’s thought leadership communications activities in North America, as well as managing other marketing communications projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Requirements
Seven to nine years of marketing communications experience, in a professional services firm, technology services firm, or other business to business marketing role. Outstanding writing skills, and a talent for taking conceptual ideas and complex business concepts, and converting them into compelling, marketable thought leadership. Excellent communications and presentation skills with a strong understanding of a professional services culture and organization. Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task. Able to maintain poise under pressure and manage competing priorities. An effective manager of people and projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
