Director Worldwide Marketing - Northeast

Our privately held, global client is searching for a SR. DIRECTOR WORLDWIDE MARKETING (Location: NORTHEAST).  This role does require relocation to the area & relocation is available; it’s not a virtual role.  The Director will be responsible for the overall strategy within the business while working with closely with internal VPs.  The Director will chart the future pipeline of new products and adjacencies to meet growth metric targets for the businesses and serve as a coach for the global marketing team.  Critical activities include market segmentation, customer needs assessment, new product development opportunity identification, project launch team management, 5 year strategic planning & execution, and Senior Management interface. 

Qualifications Required:

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Classically training CPG Marketing (i.e., P&G, Kraft Foods, Unilever, Campbell’s, & Wyeth) OR Chemical / Food Ingredients (i.e., DOW Chemical, Du Pont, BASF, & Cargill) backgrounds.  Note:  must have large company experience; not $100MM companies.




• Combination of B2B and B2C marketing experience.




• Experience directly managing businesses globally.




• BA Required; MBA highly preferred from a Top Business School.




• English fluency; multi-lingual candidates preferred.
