Our Client, a Midwest based Global Brand food and nutritional company seeks an Associate Director level Marketing Professional to lead marketing strategies for their specialty brands including the products marketed to hospitals. Leading the implementation of these strategies for the US business and participating in the development of the brand’s Global strategy. Oversee the development and innovation pipeline for two new brands specifically designed for healthcare market. Other responsibilities include:
n Collaborating with medical sales, R&D, and retail sales to drive brand sales and market share
n Serving as liaison for all marketing efforts directed at the healthcare facilities and staff
n Building team of staff and Managers, setting performance goals and energizing team through effective interpersonal and communication skills
n Delivering financial objectives that support the specialty brands to drive long term market leadership
n Managing advertising and promotion spending
Requirements
R BA/BS in business related field, with an advanced degree preferred
R 5+ years of relevant CPG marketing experience or brand management experience
R OTC, medical or healthcare products experience important
R Demonstrated skills in consumer driven marketing, advertising, retail, with related understanding of healthcare markets.
R Direct experience in leading a new product launch from conception to commercialization strongly preferred.
R Ability to translate market insights and changing market dynamics into successful business plans working collaboratively across functions
R Excellent project and financial management skills.
