What we are looking for:

• Essentially this person will function as the leader of Insights across all clients


• Inspire confidence – walk the walk, talk to the talk


• Good with clients – this person will be the Initial Client Engagement person


• Confident and good presenter – Ability to talk about our approach (which will be taught)


• Need the technical skills – equally versed in qual/quant


• A confident ad guy


• Lead a team


• Organize the work/prioritizes the assignments


• We have the people internally to do the work – but we this person needs to make sure people are working on the right things and they are on deadline and within budget


• Sell what the agency has to offer


• Ability to develop proposals


• Needs to be someone with a consultative approach

Other info:

• Do project work in the shopper marketing space for existing and new clients


• Wal-Mart is a large part of their business but they do work with various other retailers depending on where their client


• Within the shopper marketing realm, they work with in-store media – developing the measurement for this, also environmental design – doing the upfront work – uncovering the insights


• Research Group is responsible for uncovering those insights and then working closely with the planning group to come up with the strategic solution
