The Senior Marketing Manager will work in the financial services division of Intuit. Digital Insight is the leading provider of online banking services to mid-market banks and credit unions in the United States. Our extensive portfolio of on-demand applications includes consumer and business Internet banking, online lending, electronic bill payment and presentment, check imaging, account-to-account transfers, website development and hosting, marketing programs designed to help increase online banking end user growth, and more.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop End-User FinanceWorks marketing plan including strategy, promotional programs, channels, key messaging, Financial Institution (FI) and end-user incentives, ROI and financial models. Includes On boarding and Campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
Continuously optimize FinanceWorks acquisition, activation, usage and retention programs to drive increased response rates and online channel growth through test/learn, market trends, Intuit best practices and other innovation insights, partnering with peers and external sources.
Building Customer (Internal & External) & Market Insight: Synthesizes various customer research & market analysis to identify actionable customer insights/recommendations in partnership with Marketing team.
Strategy Development & Planning: Significantly contributes to an effective one year marketing plan for their business/function.
Brand Equity & Marketing Communications: Demonstrates the ability to consistently develop winning, and durable, marketing executions that support a brand’s positioning.
Marketing Program Implementation: Addresses cross-functional needs & effectively uses processes to deliver projects.
Core Process Business Management: Has thorough understanding of revenue, expense & share; manages budgets to forecast; Makes effective trade-offs between marketing vehicles to maximize revenue & ROI.
Project Management: Assigns clear ownership, sets objectives and drives multiple campaigns forward simultaneously.
- Open to other Intuit locations Qualifications: • Minimum five years experience with analytics, database marketing, marketing research using test/control environment
• Financial services experience, specifically with the online channel, a plus
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, 3rd parties, and data providers
• Budgeting, financial modeling, ROI analysis
• Experience in client-facing relationships
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in B2B and B2C marketing
• Manage end-to-end process from business objectives through to strategic direction
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality presentations and promotional materials, from developing key messages and layout to delivery
• Familiarity with project tracking software and techniques a plus
• Ability to adhere to a project plan to ensure that client commitments are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget
• Ability to engage and delight internal and external clients from all organizational levels
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Visio is a plus.
