This position will be responsible for managing the Next Gen CRIND payment system for US deployment. This position will contribute to the strategic management and growth of the North American Payment business by successful US deployment for Next Gen CRIND.
Key Responsibilities
Determine and deliver the implementation of new card reader in dispensers. This includes conducting detailed market analyses, developing strategic direction for implementation and release priorities and scheduling for deployment. Balance internal resource availability with market requirements and timing to determine choices and release schedules.
Explore and understand market/customer requirements, competitive offerings and other trends impacting the deployment. Create phased approach to launch that is consistent with market knowledge.
Coordinate and/or execute internal activities (operations, logistics) needed to successfully bring US deployment for Next Gen CRIND. Interact regularly with engineering, purchasing, and operations to ensure smooth transition for deployment choices and proper management of ongoing items. Significant portion of responsibilities in this area will include management of a successful deployment in US.
Background and Skill
MBA preferred, BA/BS required
>5 years experience in durable marketing or commercial product launches
Ability to analyze large data sets and complex situations to drive results
Previous product management experience a plus
Must have strong technical aptitude for software or hardware development, both are a plus
Demonstrated strategic marketing skills and leadership capability
