Interactive Creative Director

Minimum 7+ years hands-on Interactive Art Direction experience.
Ability to successfully lead and inspire a team of designers.
Ability to design textural interactive with ease and confidence as a boutique company this is by no means exclusively a management position candidates will need to get in a design daily.
Experience working closely with the development and production teams.
Flawless presentation communication and team management skills.
Serious desire to produce award-winning creative for new and existing clients.
Mastery of Adobe CS4 Design Suite.
Experience with Flash and AfterEffects.
Working knowledge of HTML CSS ActionScript and JavaScript.
Bonus points for 3D and motion graphics experience.
Bonus points for active participation in the interactive and design community
