JOB DESCRIPTION
TheLadders is looking for a Director, Enterprise Marketing to manage a variety of B2B marketing programs within our Enterprise business. We are searching for someone who has served in a similar role previously within the HR industry.
The Director, Enterprise Marketing will have a wide range of responsibilities executing tactical marketing programs that include lead generation, PR, events, direct marketing, promotions, product marketing, newsletter, telemarketing, research, sales tools and sales support. This will include managing delivery and reporting on programs. In addition, this person will manage output of shared services within the company and that of external vendor’s.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of enterprise marketing including but not limited to promotion, strategy, pricing structure, sponsorship, online CRM and conferences
- Work closely with PR and help build brand
- Work closely with VP, Marketing to develop marketing promotion and sales strategies
- Develop online lead strategies and manage KPI’s including click rate, open rate, leads and revenue
- Direct enterprise marketing initiatives to promote and position the company, solution and product offerings to customers and stakeholders worldwide
- Help to develop and adapt the enterprise messaging and communications platform based on evolving industry trends and the company’s strategic objectives
- Work with the Product Team to understand and assimilate new solutions and capabilities and develop positioning, messaging and sales collateral to support go to market operations
- Support the VP, Marketing with research initiatives that ensure that TheLadders is prominently branded as a thought leader and the solution set is recommended by a field of recognized experts
- Develop/implement integrated marketing and communication programs that shorten sales cycles and ensure high visibility and focus of company vision, goals, and offerings
- Manage the engagement of customer both offline and online
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing or sales communications experience including 5 years in a B2B marketing role in the HR industry
- At least 2 years experience in managing and leading a marketing team
- BA from top tier college or university, MBA a plus
- Extensive experience in online channels that deliver measurable ROI
- Experience marketing a B2B product/brand that has yielded annual revenue of $50 million plus
- Strong team building and mentoring skills
- Direct marketing experience (on and off-line)
- Exposure to inception of completely new product
- Ability to think strategically and interact with top management on a regular basis
- Experience in event marketing and trade shows
- Experience marketing to Fortune 1000 companies
