The Windows Server Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, passionate Product Manager to market Windows Small Business Server. You will be part of a highly motivated team of professionals charged with establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth for our business, and shaping’s Microsoft’s long-term position in the SMB space.

Core responsibilities include:
• Define and drive the three year marketing plan for Windows Small Business Server
• Define and implement worldwide initiatives to accelerate the deployment of Windows Small Business Server
• Drive business priorities and strategy across teams including engineering, finance, marketing, field, and senior executives
• Ensure alignment and drive execution excellence across key stakeholders in the global marketing and regional marketing teams
• Build a worldwide rhythm to track progress
• Be an internal and external spokesperson with regular opportunities to engage with customers, influentials and key partners.
• Build and leverage collaborative relationships across the organization
• Successfully represent and evangelize your business priorities with internal and external stakeholders while balancing and finding the right partnership opportunities that are mutually beneficial

Qualifications:
This is a senior marketing role with a focus on strong product management, business leadership and technology aptitude. Here’s what we are looking for:

• 6+ years experience, with strong technical and marketing skills
• Demonstrated success driving global marketing initiatives and managing to tangible business outcomes
• Demonstrated self starter with the ability to work in an ambiguously defined environment
• A very strong cross-team collaborator with a successful track record of leading and motivating cross-company virtual teams to drive action
• Proven ability to think strategically and prioritize
• Previous field experience preferred
• Understanding and/or experience marketing to SMB segment
• A technical undergrad degree and MBA with strong financial and quantitative skills are preferred.
• Keen willingness and interest to learn, adapt and constantly improve
• Extremely creative and willing to think out-of-the-box
