We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Director to provide strategic leadership for our client’s $500M Turbine Systems business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for global product/system strategies, sales growth, market segment strategies and business development within existing and adjacent market segments. You will be accountable for development and execution of product/system roadmaps, priorities, business direction and strategic planning to maximize market share.

To be considered, qualified candidates must demonstrate:

• Strategic thinking, planning and execution success in a marketing, sales or business development leadership role.
• 5-10 years sales experience in a related, long development cycle industry with a minimum of $500M sales and product/marketing responsibility.
• At least 5 years of leadership and results experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills with significant exposure/experience at the executive level.
• Strong commercial skills including disciplined use of product/system roadmaps and prioritization processes to drive product/system strategies.
• Solid technical and business acumen; Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
