Primary Responsibilities: Intuit is a leading software provider of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, consumers and accounting professionals. Primary Responsibilities
• Establish critical priorities and requirements for fundamental customer-facing elements of the Intuit Partner platform (WorkPlace, AppCenter, and integrated community capabilities)
• Lead the successful development and delivery of these capabilities, with a focus on delivering "total product solutions" that are:
o Easy-to-use, share, participate, and manage
for Intuit customers
o Easy-to-understand-and-integrate for IPP
developers
o Easy-to-manage and scale solutions for
Intuit operations
o Easy-to-monetize and track for the IPP
business
• Serve as a primary contributor on IPP cross-functional release teams
• Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, consumer and competitive trends
• Identify and steward relationships with key partners (3rd party ISVs and other Intuit business units)
• Oversee the successful development and delivery of applications with the respective partners
Additional Responsibilities
• Develop deep understanding of focus customer and competitive landscape.
• Internalize and represent the "Voice of the Customer" to the team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create offering vision and strategy including short-term execution-oriented roadmap.
• Turn customer insight into actionable business and product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional development, marketing and support teams to execute strategy and deliver results.
• Actively analyze products business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions.
• Become an internal and external champion, evangelist, and expert for the Intuit Partner Platform and Intuit Workplace / AppCenter. Qualifications: • BA/BS, MBA preferred.
• 4-7 years Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and partnerships.
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable across many functional areas - experience working with legal, business development, engineering, UI design, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
