The Go-To-Market Campaign Manager position is responsible for identifying, defining, planning and measuring go-to-market campaigns. This position will facilitate collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Senior leaders to identify market opportunities and develop communication plans and measurements for 3-5 annual strategic campaigns.

The role is responsible for driving breakthrough campaigns that deliver on business and marketing objectives in an integrated manner. Qualified candidates will have experience in developing creative messaging across all media and facilitating ideation processes with stakeholders. In addition the ability to conceive, plan, direct execution and measure campaigns is critical.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Services. Expected travel requirement is 20%.

Major Accountabilities:
*Facilitate ideation process to identify strategic campaigns
*Create campaign plans and metrics
*Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize plans and results
*Develop campaign creative briefs based on strategic marketing direction
*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of overall direction
*Work across all areas of the organization to communicate campaign strategies, plans and results
*Create and communicate annual campaign calendar
*Drive campaign management processes to increase efficiencies and productivity

Requirements:
*Expertise in campaign development, management & measurement
*Demonstrable success dealing with ambiguity, managing through change, working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and getting work done through others
*Knowledge and understanding of campaign management processes and technologies
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Strong collaboration and leadership skills
*Proven ability to think creatively
*Strong process orientation and detail oriented
