VP Sales & Marketing

BidSync, a high growth software company located in American Fork, Utah, is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  We are presently growing at over 100% annually and need a hands-on sales leader to join our dynamic executive management team. We provide state of the art SaaS solutions to major government agencies and businesses within the United States. We have a great client base on which to build future sales and marketing opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with senior level sales management experience in a fast growth environment that has proven leadership capabilities that will include:

• Multi-year experience in solution selling


• Proven experience designing and developing a sales force


• People development and process development successes


• New product roll-out experience


• Proven Product marketing expertise


• Ability to manage multiple sales forces

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related area


• More than 5 years of relevant sales management experience in a solutions sales environment


• More than 10 years of sales experience


• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience


• Excellent presentation skills


• Experience selling to government agencies (preferred)
