Strategic Marketing Manager - Integrated Solutions

Our Integrated Solutions team is seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead downstream operational and commercialization initiatives for our bench top automation, instruments, and reagents portfolio. Responsibilities encompass developing, leading and implementing strategies to enhance sales and placements in key market segments.  Successful candidates will come into this role with proven experience in growing new markets through deep understanding of bench top automation & instrumentation as it relates to life science, translational and molecular diagnostics laboratory workflow & needs.

Ideal candidates will have:

-          BS in Life Science related area and an MBA in Marketing

-          3+ years of senior marketing management in a scientific, medical or clinical-based organization

-          Demonstrated experience with segmentation, value proposition development, branding, transactional pricing, acquisition programs and new product go-to-market strategies

-          Ability to develop long lasting and beneficial relationships with global customer base

-          Experience developing case studies, white papers and educational content

-          Excellent collaboration and communication skills
