Account Director (Retail) for National Ad Agency

A major and growing New York City advertising Agency has retained us to find an account director for a major account.  This account cannot be identified here.  Suffice to say that it is a totally integrated account - television, print, radio, out of home, interactive.  Candidates should have exposure to all these disciplines.  The budget is huge (we are not allowed to be specific).  Qualified candidates must come from a major advertising agency, preferably in NYC (if from outside the city, there is no relocation for this job).  Qualified candidates must have worked on a retail, fast paced account - fast food/QSR automotive, national retail, airline, phone services, or the like.  Will supervise a number of account people so that supervisory experience is a must.  This agency has low turnover and the people who work there are very happy with the corporate culture.  It is one of the few agencies in the country which has been growing, despite the economy.  We are advertising recruiters.
