Brief Description

The key focus of the role is to lead a global team and build a sustainable organization and infrastructure which can support a dynamic and rapidly growing global business. The candidate will need significant experience in Global Trading and Risk Applications managing support for level 1 and 2 and a good understanding of front, middle and back office flows. The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Problem, Incident, Change and Release Management within a global environment.

Job Responsibilities

·                         Create and execute the strategy on growing the production support organization for GCMDP.

·                              Manage a global team of 13 resources supporting the Credit, Risk and Munis businesses.

·                              Act as an overall relationship manager with the business and tech mgmt.

·                              Manage daily production support activities: request, prioritizations, escalations, etc…

·                              Work closely with Dev partners on planning release schedules and understanding application dependencies.

·                              Manage Disaster Recovery testing and BCP.

·                              Manage the on-boarding of new applications and required staffing needs.

·                              Define and implement process and procedures for production support.

·                              +8yr of Production Support experience working in an Investment Bank

·                              Managed a medium sized global support team
