Utility Marketing Manager-New Holland, PA

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement specific product line sales and marketing strategies that increase sales and market share for attachments, utility vehicles and consumer products in North America.
•    Be the marketing product expert attachments, utility vehicles and consumer products, including managing product launch and support activities, sales training material development, key shows and events planning and participation (70% of focus). Provide input to the development platform to guide key product development and improvement actions (30% of focus).
•    Responsible for generating $90M in wholesale revenue annually.
•    Prepare annual marketing plans to achieve the key quantitative objectives for the region – gap analysis, customer segmentation, product offering, competitive positioning, launch planning & readiness, pricing, variable marketing and incentives
•    Support the definition and management of the  distribution strategy in coordination with the Dealer Development organization
•    Support all elements of the go to market strategy and plans with keen focus on building a class leading digital presence and brand building activities.
•    Support the development of sales and marketing training & promotional materials for all product lines for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the sales team & dealer network. Lead material development and planning activities, working with other Brand Marketing Managers and the field sales team  
•    Maintain communication with the engineering development platforms providing customer input for future product design to ensure New Holland Agriculture is meeting evolving customer needs.

Major Actions Involved With This Position:
Achieve retail sales and market share objective for product lines
Achieve product line margin
Meet asset utilization (inventory) targets for product lines
Provide product expertise on assigned products to sales, marketing, and the platform
Identify development priorities and work with the platform to ensure requirements and priorities are understood
Achieve SGA spending plan


Requirements

B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
4 plus years of direct selling and marketing experience with knowledge of competitive practice, equipment capabilities, marketing techniques, business management, materials creation and product category practices.
Experience in consumer durables, recreational and utility vehicle marketing & sales.  
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This is a direct hire position with a large global agricultural and construction equipment manufacturer.
