Description Key Role: Negotiate the purchase of products, product-related services, and professional services to support federal government contracts and infrastructure and firm requirements. Provide proposal support for commercial products and commercial services to support federal government proposal submissions. Solicit prices and technical proposals from vendors, conduct vendor negotiations, and draft or execute purchase order contracts. Prepare documentation to support contract awards in accordance with federal acquisitions regulations and coordinate with the program and other procurement staff. This position is located in Eatontown, NJ.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -8 years of experience with government procurements -Experience with e-procurement systems, including Ariba -Experience with negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions and mitigating risk -Knowledge of suppliers, products, and markets -Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, including consent and notification, small business requirements, price analyses, and commercial item acquisitions -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -MA or MS degree preferred   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
