JOB DESCRIPTION

Life Line Screening (LLS) is the leading international provider of community-based, direct-to-consumer, preventive health screenings. The company provides affordable, convenient, high-quality screenings that are essential to the early detection of risk for stroke, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and other conditions. These conditions are prevalent and serious maladies that generally do not present symptoms until the disease is well established and causes serious consequences. Fortunately, these conditions can be detected by quick, painless non-invasive tests utilizing ultrasound and other methods. LLS believes that preventive screenings and health promotion programs are the basic foundation to wellness and can improve an individual’s quality of life while reducing overall health care costs.

Life Line Screening is seeking an experienced executive to develop and lead the company’s Internet/digital efforts and be an integral member of the Marketing leadership team.

Location: LLS Corporate HQ in Independence, Ohio

Responsibilities:
-Laying out the strategic vision for LLS’s Internet efforts to drive a significantly larger portion of the company’s overall revenues from new customers and its 6 million+ potential repeat customers.
-Setting the company’s digital strategic priorities; determining the appropriate resources needed to execute those priorities and obtaining buy-in from LLS’s Senior Leadership Team.
-Leading and building a Marketing team that partners with LLS’s IT team to deliver the company’s internet objectives.
-Ownership of LLS’s internet initiatives – including the company website, email, SEO, SEM, online advertising, social networking, community building, etc.
-Strategic planning and spending decisions across a range of online marketing channels and programs, including channel budget management and forecasting with ROI analysis.
-Meeting P&L objectives relating to all e-commerce efforts.
-Leading all online customer acquisition and conversion efforts across SEO, SEM, partnerships and social networks.
-Building the company’s website to be a reflection of LLS’s brand positioning as well as a strong sales generator.
-Working with the Customer Retention Leader to utilize the Web and email as effective and profitable customer retention tools.
-Performing metrics-driven analysis of channel performance, as well as research and analysis of consumer buying behavior


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


Qualifications:
-5 to 10 years experience in an Internet-driven business.
-A bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
-P&L responsibility for a $25 million+ direct-to-consumer Internet business in the healthcare, consumer products or services field.
-Proven success implementing online media strategy for a successful eCommerce site including pay-per-click, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and analytics used to measure these programs.
-Proven ability to set marketing priorities and implement the appropriate digital marketing mix to drive optimum conversion and achieve aggressive customer acquisition targets.
Ability to think strategically, lead people and drive change in an organization.
