Sr Mgr Trade Marketing - 290

•Attend Strategic Business Unit team meetings to represent sales and provide direction and insight related to tactical and strategic business decisions.
•Collaborate with Demand Planning and Marketing on Monthly forecasts, provide sales input and communicate low inventory levels or cuts appropriately.
•Identify challenges and issues facing the Sales organization in the Marketplace.
•A detailed comprehension of the brands positioning within respective categories to understand marketing goals and objectives to provide clear, concise direction to field sales in retail implementation of Brand strategies.
•Attend and contribute to major brand transitions, initiatives or account specific task force.
•Provide personnel development in terms of knowledge, skills, abilities, capabilities, and personal characteristics.
•Development of a seamless communication flow throughout the organization( Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Sr. Management)
•Must be capable of learning and mastering the Church & Dwight internal database systems (Nielsen, Siebel, SOS).

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution (MBA a plus). Preferred Majors include Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Liberal Arts.
•7-10 years experience in CPG industry with internal and external sales experience.
•Experience working with Trade Marketing in a CPG company.
•Strong analytical skills and adept at problem solving
•Planning and organization skills, ability to embrace and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
•Ability to lead teams and projects to deliver against commitments
•Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills)
•Possess the interpersonal relationships required that provides the ability to develop the necessary cross functional relationships that exist throughout the company
•Strong technology skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data (IRI/ACNielsen), Siebel a plus.
