Microsoft Dynamics is Microsoft’s suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) applications developed by the Microsoft Business Division. The combined portfolio generates revenues of several hundred million dollars in the US. We compete in a marketplace with tremendous opportunity as no one company holds substantial market share today. To strengthen our position, Microsoft is investing resources across product marketing, industry marketing, demand generation and through-partner marketing to accelerate revenue growth and drive lasting customer satisfaction. Microsoft is hiring a senior leader to join us for this exciting opportunity and accelerate our growth.

In addition to developing and hiring a team of seasoned marketing professionals, the successful candidate will be responsible for (1) driving the overall subsidiary marketing strategy and execution (2) providing the vision and leadership that drives consistency and predictability within the Dynamics marketing business (3) delivering continuous improvement to our current marketing plans (4) collaborating effectively with Dynamics and platform leadership teams within the subsidiary and across Worldwide teams (5) executing against defined metrics such as revenue, adds, opportunity generation and organizational health.

Candidates for this position must possess the following:

Deep understanding of business applications market and products, both commercially and technically.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to utilize deep customer understanding and compelling marketing strategy to focus and drive the business across internal and external stakeholders. This leader must be visible and influential to ensure maximum focus of resources across Microsoft
Min 10 years related industry experience preferably in product management/marketing a must. A BS/BA required, MBA and/or consulting experience preferred.
Strong marketing firepower and ability to build scalable marketing strategy and execute it with precision and excellence across to customer and through partner initiatives
