JOB DESCRIPTION
The Health Solutions Group is hiring a senior product marketing manager to drive marketing program development and execution for its enterprise health technology solutions for the U.S. and to enable field readiness while extending brand awareness. This position requires cross-group coordination, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to drive collaborative discussions and decisions with all key stakeholders. The candidate should be interested in and able to understand business strategy and healthcare technology, be comfortable interacting with senior executives at leading healthcare organizations, and be able to translate this into marketing programs and content for the healthcare industry. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will ensure that message and vision meets business and marketing objectives for each audience. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Product Marketing based in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support competitive analysis, market segmentation, product positioning and messaging
  • Drive content creation and collateral development, including case studies and white papers
  • Liaise with industry analysts and other influencers to drive product understanding
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and drive exploitation plans, including demand generation and awareness building programs.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are carried out effectively and within budget through regular analysis and reporting of marketing success metrics.
  • Manage partnerships with core marketing partners, vendors and internal cross-functional marketing teams to ensure on-time and aligned execution
  • Develop multiple project milestones and contingency plans as needed based on budget, timing, and business need
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budget

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant product marketing experience and proven successes in a multitude of marketing disciplines, including a minimum of 5 years of direct experience working in the healthcare IT industry
  • Demonstrated excellence in marketing communication, competitive analysis, marketing agency/vendor management and budget management are critical for success
  • Strong project management and cross-group skills, including the ability to get what you need from others while working around their own legitimate priorities
  • Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Conviction and courage to drive decisions and defend positions as appropriate
  • Excellent analytical, problem resolution, decision making, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills
  • Experience and confidence in working with senior executives to achieve common goals
  • Experience in communicating messaging or branding strategies from value propositions and messaging frameworks to target audience segments
  • Ability to distill and act on feedback from a variety of sources
  • BA/BS degree in a related field, MBA degree preferred
