The Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) Sector Business Development Director, Air Force Campaigns, executes the Washington D.C. based campaigns that fall within their service responsibility to achieve LRSP and AOP objectives. The director leads NGAS assigned service activities in Washington D.C. and operates in full coordination with and support of Corporate Customer and Government Relations. The Director represents NGAS on the appropriate Corporate Integrated Customer Team (ICT), coordinates internal service NGAS Integrated Product Teams and will strive to de-conflict Washington D.C. office competing priorities to keep the approved campaigns on schedule. The Service Director shares responsibility for looking for new opportunities, shaping assigned campaigns, guiding campaign strategy development of emerging sector priorities to ensure realism and executability, for monitoring campaign progress and execution, for proposing campaign restructure where appropriate, for protecting and growing existing Aerospace Systems programs and for pursuit and winning of new sector priority programs. The Service Director should be familiar with the Program Planning Budget Execution process, customer requirements and acquisition strategy. Senior Level Service or Business Development Leader. Requires domestic experience with Congress, OSD, Services, and other Federal Agencies. Knowledge of the PPBS Process and experience with programs, DoD resources, requirements and program acquisition required. Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree and 20 or more years Service or Business Development experience (10 years management level experience). Masters degree preferred. TS/SBI security clearance required. Security Clearance Required.
