Product Manager

Overview:
Our client is an international manufacturing organization who is known as a leader in their industry for quality, innovation and performance.   The company is expanding product lines and services  and is looking for a highly performing individual with experience in Product Management.    Our client offers an impressive compensation package, full benefits and an aggressive career path, which could include international relocation in the future.   This position will be based in the South Central USA.

Responsibilities:
As part of the marketing team, you will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for the research of new market opportunities and the development and implementation of product marketing strategies within the specific business line.  Additionally, you will be responsible for management of existing product lines, introduction of new products and will work in cooperation with sales and key account managers to grow sales and profits.   As the product expert, you will work closely with customers to identify application and service needs, as well as work closely with production and planning. 

Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field required.  MBA preferred.

-5 years sales and marketing experience or 2 years management experience

-Solid work history

-Willingness to travel up to 25%
