JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager of Media Services will oversee the New York based Account Management and Sales Planning team.

  • Oversee campaign planning, optimization strategies, and campaign performance success for all media business in the NY sales office.
  • Personally manage a set of top tier client relationships
  • Provide consultative strategic direction to Account Management and Sales Planning personnel, identifying appropriate programs and services to meet client needs
  • Work with clients and internal Account Management teams to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze campaign delivery and optimize performance on a regular basis.
  • Utilize cross-client data, market and best practices analysis to define campaign strategies and execution direction
  • Travel with Sales Representatives to client meetings and actively take part in presentations. Identify up-sell opportunities on additional programs and services.
  • Facilitate collaboration of teams, demonstrate leadership to internal media and account teams
  • Regularly report to Sales and internal management on all media campaign performances
  • Facilitate monthly invoicing process as needed

Skills:

  • Experience in client relationship management and online media. Direct agency experience a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience. 
  • Successful track record of managing client engagements and accounts
  • Highly organized and proven manager, with demonstrated ability to create and administer complex campaign schedules.
  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry and ad serving technologies
  • Proven capacity to utilize analytics to drive campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of current ad serving technologies and capabilities
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, ComScore, and other ad industry measurement tools (@Plan, Ad Relevance, NetRatings, Evaliant, etc)
  • Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
