JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic leader to develop and enhance our Corporate Marketing strategy.  This position will report to an Executive Vice President.  In this position you will lead a small team and will collaborate closely with the Company’s senior Sales and Practice Executives.

 Key Responsibilities and Skills: 

1.  Leadership
-         Entrepreneurial executive
-         Passion - Continuous ambition to improve, grow and develop
-         Leveraging team / others in practices for maximum impact
-         Mentoring / teaching others how to create messages that matter to customers
-         Furthering "Everyone Matters" theme thereby generating more lead generation engagement from all staff. 

2.  Business / Customer / Market Awareness
-         Understanding what’s important to our clients and their industries
-         Understanding what the competition is doing
-         Understanding and educating the company as a whole on what we do and how our offerings map to what’s important for our customers
-         Collaborating with practices on offering development, differentiation, and messaging 

3.  Lead Generation
-         Messaging - Consistency between Company and Practices
-         Customer List Management
-         Event Planning, Management, and Execution
-         Customer Contact Strategy Development and Execution
-         Collaboration with select manufacturers and partners on co-marketing efforts to drive mutual benefit. 

4.  Branding and Corporate Awareness
-         Website Design, Content, Image, Message, Differentiation, Customer Usefulness
-         Collateral and content development
-         Merging of Custom and UNICOM into one entity
-         Public Relations
-         Establishing Practices as Thought Leaders 

5.  Operational Responsibilities
-         Lead Generation Metrics / ROI
-         Management of marketing budget
-        Third party management (designers, etc)
 

Experience:    

  • 10+ years of applicable industry experience
  • Proven history of successful marketing leadership for professional services organizations.
  • Expert in lead generation
  • Significant network of industry relationships
