Requirements: 

* Bachelor Degree in Merchandising and/or related curriculum is required

*10 plus years merchandising experience in Mens Sportswear and Outerwear. 

*Must possess strong business acumen and think strategically. 

*Outdoor industry experience and active participant in outdoor sports a plus!
