The Product Manager is a highly visible position within the company and will play a key role in the development and deployment of cutting edge technology. The Product Manager serves as a liaison between Clients, Sales, Consulting, and Development, and plays a very proactive and visible part in the success of the organization as a whole. Work as a key member of the Product Management team to formulate and articulate new product strategies in the asset management space. Take on full responsibility and accountability for product scope, definition, management, and client education while growing our knowledge base internally. Work closely with Development, Sales, Consulting, and Clients to make sure all tactical and strategic goals are being achieved. Assume specific product functionality ownership, serve as an internal and external champion for our products, and foster partnerships with key clients and vendors in developing new product offerings. Oversee business requirement research and documentation throughout the product management lifecycle. Who we are looking for :
Candidate must have prior Product Management experience in OMS industry BS/BA from a top school with 6+ years related experience; knowledge or experience in a product management environment is desirable. MBA and/or CFA strongly preferred. Pursuit of other certifications encouraged. Hands-on experience working with financial systems, particularly other top tier OMS providers, either directly or on the client side. Familiarity with a variety of asset management workflows. Experience with all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), with the proven ability to drive an idea through to implementation. Thorough knowledge of the global financial markets, exchanges, and related investment technology practices. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Proven presentation skills both internally to executive management, and externally to senior level decision makers within our client base. Whats on offer :
