Director of Interactive Marketing

Seeking Director of Marketing to oversee and execute all Digital marketing and Public Relations efforts for this fast-growing digital media company.  

The ideal candidate has ad network experience within a Sponsored Links, Display, CPA or Intext type of business.  Plus this person needs to have a strong background in both PR and Marketing.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead Marketing, Public Relations and industry relations efforts;


• Produce compelling digital and traditional professional marketing materials, manage industry relations and produce research data;


• Manage all information on the company website, the ongoing development of the client self-service portal and all direct marketing techniques (affiliate programs, referral programs, guerilla marketing) to drive traffic to the portal;


• Plan and execute word of mouth and other viral types of marketing, such as working with bloggers and other influential media outlets;


• Support sales teams in continuing to build presence among the top 100 ad agencies and publishers.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and public relations preferably at an ad network or fast growth technology company;


• Experience with large-scale, mass market product launches;


• Experience developing various aspects of online presence;


• Experience with tradeshows, blogging and other forms of marketing outreach including journalist relations;


• Solid experience utilizing MSWord (PPT, Word, Excel); high caliber writing and editing skills;


• Demonstrated track record of prior success working alongside executive management in a growing, high potential business;


• Undergraduate degree.
