Director of Segment and Customer Acquisition Marketing
This candidate will be well versed in CRM practices and technologies, have a keen understanding of the roles & value of communication types, and possess an innate talent of finding trends and opportunities in data. This role is perfect for the person who views activities through a customer centric lens and thrives on balancing strategy, creativity and analytics to delight the customer. This person should be ROI-focused and will be responsible for strategy, segmentation, execution, and measurement. Minimum 12+ years relevant CRM marketing experience. CRM program development and implementation experience is required; ideally with both B2B and/or B2C customer conversion programs. Demonstrated leader with positive history of inspiring high performing senior marketers.
