Consumer Mktng/ Advtsg Manager

 A well established brand is seeking a seasoned supervisor/manager that will be the trusted advisor for our client’s  consumer products internal agency.  Their in-house consumer marketing group needs a visionary to head-up their small consumer marketing and advertising team.   

Direct management responsibilities including development of consumer marketing staff (5) of varying levels of experience.  Leadership is a must along with the ability to inspire teams.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for turning data into ideas and insights into actionable digital marketing strategies. You must be thoroughly experienced and feel at home with smart strategic thinking, creative solutions, flawless execution, and excellent online solutions.  Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are required.  

Required Experience:

7+ years in account relationship management

Deep direct marketing experience is essential.

Agency or equivalent in-house experience a must.

Must be enthusiastic and passionate about producing great work.

Must be able to provide examples of leading and innovative work.

Consumer products experience preferred.   

Desired Skills: 

Proven track record in delivering successful programs and plans.

Proven track record of creative thinking.

Superior consumer insight capability, B2C experience a must, B2B also desired.

Ability to drive the big picture, measure results and manage detailed projects.  

Education:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, Digital, Commerce or Business preferred.
